The city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania is cleaning up the streets, tightening security and clearing the roads in preparation for Pope Francis’s arrival.   Samantha Phillips, director of Emergency Management for the city encouraged residents to sign up for real-time alerts by  texting “papalvisit” to 888-777.
